the breakfast was satisfactory - lots of dishes. the staff was very pleasant, friendly all the time. its location right in the centre of town was great. found a place called shanaz, set within short walking distance to the hotel, ate there a few times.

The hotel has a marvelous location with a super close walk to Ascoli Piceno's city center. the room was spacious and airy, overlooking the city. - the food was healthy with plenty of choices available.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our family, as it was the ideal destination for long walks on foot or by bike. We loved exploring the bike path that crossed the town, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery while getting some exercise. Additionally, the balcony porch of the Theatre of The Orange Tree provided a stunning backdrop for our evening strolls, creating a charming and romantic atmosphere for me and my wife.

For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated play area for children.

The staff here is super friendly and provides amazing service. the rooms are spacious and come with a big terrace where you can chill 🌞.

The hotel location was fantastic; everything was within walking distance, even on a cool winter evening. I loved the well-furnished junior suite with a terrace—it was a wonderful space where I could easily spend the whole day. the staff was exceptionally helpful and provided excellent service at all times.

Wonderful, boutique property. Extra care from the highly professional staff. - Brand-new and fully-equipped rooms with nice views and incredible furnishings. - Very enjoyable stay! - Best possible location relatively near a Baroque church. - Walking distance to a supermarket and a convenience store across the street. - A lovely restaurant available on-site.

This place upgraded me to a spacious and well-lit room, and it was conveniently located close to Cripta di Sant'emidio.

My stay at Di Sabatino Resort - Suite Apartments & Spa was exceptional. The spacious and comfortable apartment had everything I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning in every room. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the central square. The staff, especially Marina, were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with patience. I highly recommend this hotel.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me with late checkin. It suits me perfectly as it has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, babysitting services, air conditioning, and cots. I'm coming back for a city break.
